The qualification is part of the re-designed OCT Text Processing (Business Professional) suite.

There is an award, certificate and diploma at Levels 1, 2 and 3. Two Entry Level qualifications area also available.

The suite of qualifications provide opportunities for learners to develop skills and gain knowledge and understanding which will support them in the modern business environment.

Who is the course aimed at?

Text Processing (Business Professional) is aimed at people with a good level of IT skills together with a good command of English who are looking to gain an advanced qualification in text production using Microsoft Word.
